The primary owner of Xellent Services has been in the Horticulture and Irrigation business for over 21 years educating himself through various schools in Houston including, Houston Community College and University of Houston. Xavier Leal has acquired a degree in Horticulture and has earned his irrigation license. He attributes the growth of his company to the employees, which he takes a main role in educating them to the highest degree possible.
